About Me

My photo
Welcome. My name is Lisa and I live on a farm in Northeastern PA. I have a wonderful husband of over 30 years and two fabulous sons. One with a wonderful wife and another with a wonderful girlfriend. I have a 6 year old granddaughter and an 4 year old grandson. We have a dog, two cats, and 5 horses. I started into this art as a possible scrapbooker until my good friend Lou Ann (SCS Crooked Stamper) invited me to a Stampin' Up party. Now I'm hooked. We had to turn a room of our home into a craft room for all my stuff. Then I needed a second craft room and did classes. Then I decided to open an in home store using three more rooms of our home. Between Lou Ann (Crafter and IT department) and Mary Ann (Crafter and Jewelry department) and a few other friends, I'm having the time of my life!!!!

SC392 Listen To Your Heart

sc392-jpg     Happy 4th of July to all.  Hope your all enjoying friends and family today.  My day is not quite as festive.  I started out be painting a door on our pouch.  About 11:00am I came into the house and my DH was lying on the couch.  He said his eye had been hurting since last night, after grinding some knives on some farm equipment.  LAST NIGHT!  So I took a flashlight, and sure enough, a black sliver in his eye.  I won't go into detail, but we went to our local ER and all is fine.  The doctor took it out with no problems.  A little ointment and a patch and we were back home.  So on to my card. Here's SCS SC392 and it's a cutie.

To tell you about the card, first I'd like to tell you that the sentiment is supposed to be that way.  I know it looks like I double stamped, but no...

I've also done the flower/bling thing.  I love the look, but I'm still working a getting the groove of it.

  1. I have to say of all the cards you've done, for some reason this is one of my favorites! I really like the pattern of the paper and the colors bring it together but the flowers set it off! I'm going to try the next challenge.
