About Me

My photo
Welcome. My name is Lisa and I live on a farm in Northeastern PA. I have a wonderful husband of over 30 years and two fabulous sons. One with a wonderful wife and another with a wonderful girlfriend. I have a 6 year old granddaughter and an 4 year old grandson. We have a dog, two cats, and 5 horses. I started into this art as a possible scrapbooker until my good friend Lou Ann (SCS Crooked Stamper) invited me to a Stampin' Up party. Now I'm hooked. We had to turn a room of our home into a craft room for all my stuff. Then I needed a second craft room and did classes. Then I decided to open an in home store using three more rooms of our home. Between Lou Ann (Crafter and IT department) and Mary Ann (Crafter and Jewelry department) and a few other friends, I'm having the time of my life!!!!

OCCC Vintage Wedding

Time for another Our Creative Corner Challenge.  This week Sharon has come up with a easy peasy challenge called "Party"  In the words of Sharon "We challenge you to make a paper craft item for a party!  Any kind of party: birthday celebrations, an afternoon BBQ, a summer evening soiree, a beautiful wedding ceremony, or an elegant dinner.  Just make your paper craft item related to your party: an invitation, a party favor, some decorations, a hostess 'thank you' gift/card, etc.  All we ask is that you have fun, be creative, and share your creativity with us!  Who knows, you could be our next Top Talent!"  Since I can't seem to get out of my vintage funk I did a wedding card.  This time when I went into my vintage box, I came out with Melisssa Frances.  My next place to look was in my Funkie Junkie bag and found these beautiful lace bows.  Add a vintage image from Magic Moonlight and some Zva pearls and TaDa!  Vintage Wedding.

SUPPLIES
Paper:  Melissa Frances "Esther & Cecilia"; SU Whisper White
Ink:  Tim Holtz Antique Linen
Image:  Magic Moonlight download
Accessories:  Zva Pearls; lace; white eyelet; sheer white ribbon; white brad; Love charm

  1. Hello again Lisa
You have done yourself proud with this little vintage beauty. MF as your starting point was a great idea and how those lace bows add a shabby feel; which I just adore. A most beautiful wedding card.
Thank you so very much for joining us this week at Our Creative Corner, we, as always are thrilled to see your work.
    Smiles:)
